Richard Deane is Acting Principal Horn of the New York Philharmonic and was third horn with the Atlanta Symphony for over 25 seasons. Deane’s method book, The Efficient Approach: Accelerated Development for the Horn, is published by the Atlanta Brass Society Press.
Tod Bowermaster serves as Third Horn of the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra, a position he has held since 1995. Bowermaster has been guest professor with the horn class at Northwestern University.
Dr. Jacquelyn Adams, Assistant Professor, University of Southern Mississippi, freelance musician (Pensacola Symphony, Broadway, among others), founding member of Genghis Barbie.
Meghan Guegold is currently principal horn of both the Akron Symphony Orchestra and the Canton Symphony Orchestra. She serves as Horn Faculty and Chair of the Preparatory Wind/Brass/Percussion Department at the Cleveland Institute of Music.
Randy Gardner, former Professor of Horn and Chair of the Winds, Brass, and Percussion Department at the University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music, teaches horn at Temple University. For 22 years he was second horn of the Philadelphia Orchestra. Gardner’s books include Mastering the Horn’s Low Register and Good Vibrations: Masterclasses for Brass Players.
