The TFMS reports are linked from within the TFMS system. Click the Reports link in the TFMS menu bar to go to the Reports page. Click the report name to launch the report in UM Analytics.
For each report, you must enter values into the report parameters at the top of the page to view the report. Enter values in each report parameter and click the Apply button to generate the report.
Note: Each report uses a different set of parameters. To see the parameters for each report, go to the TFMS Reports section of this page.

Fee Verification by Term Fee
Report Description: Displays the count of students and total fee amount charged for a single term fee for a specified term.
Report Parameters: Term, Business Unit, RRC, TFMS Fee Name, Fiscal Year.
Timing & Purpose: This report only works after tuition calculation has started for a term. It can be used to verify the fee is being charged correctly for the term.
Fee Verification by TFMS Term Fee by RRC
Report Description: Displays the count of students and total fee amount charged for one or more term fees for a specified term.
Report Parameters: Term, Business Unit, RRC, TFMS Fee Name, Fiscal Year
Timing & Purpose: This report only works after tuition calculation has started for a term. It can be used to verify all term fees for the RRC are being charged correctly for the term.
TFMS History Term Fee
Report Description: Displays the count of students, total fee amount, and fee rate (flat or by unit) charged for a single term fee. It aggregates data for the year and displays five most recent fiscal years.
Report Parameters: Fiscal Year, Business Unit, RRC, TFMS Fee Name
Timing & Purpose: This report can be run at any time. It is most useful during the planning cycle to track the charges generated by the fee over time. The data displayed is based on charges from Student Financials transactions. You need to refer to EFS reports for accurate revenue information.
Fee Verification by Course or Class Fee
Report Description: Displays the count of students and total fee amount charged for a single course/class fee for a specified term.

Report Description: Displays the count of students and total fee amount charged for one or more course/class fees for a specified term.
Report Parameters: Term, Business Unit, RRC, TFMS Course/Class Fee Name, Fiscal Year
Timing & Purpose: This report only works after tuition calculation has started for a term. It can be used to verify all course/class fees for the RRC are being charged correctly for the term.
TFMS Course or Class Fee Entry Summary
Report Description: Displays a summary of all the course/class fees by RRC, ZDeptID and DeptID(s) for a specified term.
Report Parameters: RRC, ZDept, DeptID, Term, Fiscal Year
Timing & Purpose: This report can be run at any time. Use this report before the start of tuition calculation to ensure all fees are set up for the upcoming term.
TFMS History Course or Class Fee
Report Description: Displays the count of students, total fee amount, and fee rate (flat or by unit) charged for a single course/class fee. It aggregates data for the year and displays five most recent fiscal years.
Report Parameters: Fiscal Year, Business Unit, RRC, TFMS Fee Name

Fee Verification by TFMS Deptid
Report Description: Displays fee amount charged to the chartfield string for a given term. You must limit your results to one ZDeptID, but can include multiple DeptIDs. This report is inclusive of both term fees and course/class fees.
Report Parameters: Term, RRC, ZDeptID, DeptID, TFMS Terms, Fiscal Year
Timing & Purpose: This report only works after tuition calculation has started for a term. It can be used to view the consolidated list of fees going to the chartfield string. The data displayed is based on charges from Student Financials transactions. You need to refer to EFS reports for accurate revenue information.
You can export TFMS fee information to a CSV file for further analysis and manipulation.
The export will include all the fees that are currently returned by your search criteria. The first step is to update your search criteria to return only the fees you want for analysis.
Click the Export all to CSV button located above the fees list.
A pop-up window displays where you can select which fields you want included in your export.
By default, all fields are selected. You can uncheck the fields you don't want or click the Deselect All button and choose only the fields you need. To select all fields, click the Select All button.
Click the Export button to generate the file.
Depending upon your operating system and browser, you may get a dialog box to open or save the file. You can either open the file in Microsoft Excel or save it to a location to access later. Some browsers may automatically download the file.
Note: If a fee has more than one rates, chartstring or dimension, it will have more than one row on the spreadsheet.
