Reporting

The list below briefly describes the most commonly used reports. Refer to the Reporting User Guide for instructions on accessing and running TFMS reports. Information about additional reports is also included in the user guide.

TFMS Reports

Term Fee Reports

• Fee Verification by Term Fee - This report only works after tuition calculation has started for a semester. Displays the count of students and total fee amount charged for the Term, Business Unit, RRC and one TFMS Fee Name.

• Fee Verification by TFMS Term Fee by RRC - This report only works after tuition calculation has started for a semester. Displays the count of students and total fee amount charged for the Term, Business Unit, RRC for multiple fees.

• TFMS History Term Fee - Displays the count of students, total fee amount and fee rate (flat or by unit) charged for five fiscal years inclusive of the Fiscal Year selected for the Business Unit, RRC and one TFMS Fee Name.

Course and Class Fee Reports

• Fee Verification by Course or Class Fee - This report only works after tuition calculation has started for a semester. Displays the count of students and total fee amount charged for the Term, Business Unit, RRC and one TFMS Fee Name.

• Fee Verification by TFMS CourseClass Fee by RRC - This report only works after tuition calculation has started for a semester. Displays the count of students and total fee amount charged for the Term, Business Unit, RRC for multiple fees.

• TFMS Course or Class Fee Entry Summary - This report can be used prior to the start of tuition calculation to ensure all fees are set up for the upcoming semester. Displays the fee information for the RRC, ZDeptID and DeptID(s) for multiple fees.

• TFMS History Course or Class Fee - Displays the count of students, total fee amount and fee rate (flat or by unit) charged for five fiscal years inclusive of the Fiscal Year selected for the Business Unit, RRC and one TFMS Fee Name.

Miscellaneous Reports

• Fee Verification by TFMS Deptid - This report only works after tuition calculation has started for a semester. Displays fee amount charged to the chartfield string for the Term, RRC, ZDeptID and DeptID(s) selected. This report is inclusive of both term fees and course/class fees.

In addition to the reports, you can export TFMS fee information to a CSV file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel. Refer to the Exporting and routing data page for more information.
