You can route one or more fees to the next step in the workflow from the TFMS home page. The bulk routing functionality limits status options based on your role. The bulk routing options are only active if the fees are in a status that you have access based on your user role.
Important: You must limit the fee results to a single status to bulk route fees.
Use the search criteria fields to limit the fee list to only the fees you want to route. Use the Fees not changed since roll over checkbox to limit the fee list to the fees that may need less review.
Use the Select All Fees checkbox above the fee list to select all fees in the list. You can also select specific fees by clicking the checkbox in front of the fee.
Note: The Select All Fees checkbox selects only the fees currently displayed. If you have more than 30 fees, you will need to repeat the process on each page in the list to move all the fees.
Click the Move to button and select the status from the dropdown that you want the fees to move to.
Bulk routing and changing individual fee status use the same validation process. If a fee has errors, an exclamation mark icon displays in the fee's row to show that validation failed. If you hover your mouse over the icon, a message box will list the problems with the fee.
