Research interests: I'm interested in using the principals of evolutionary theory to understand health in the human body, in a variety of intersecting systems, including the microbiome, the human genome and the environment. I currently do research on the health outcomes associated with various microbiomes of the human body, including the vaginal and oral cavities. In my spare time however, I've been working on a cost effectiveness paper on naloxone use for opioid overdoses, which is where my model diagram comes from.
