Research Interests: My research uses mathematical and statistical modeling for biology and public health, particularly models of infectious disease and cancer.
Current Projects: Specifically, I have considered models of human papillomavirus (HPV) transmission and HPV-related cancers and how to integrate experimental data for pathogen decay and dose-response relationships into environmentally mediated infectious disease transmission models. Considerations of parameter identifiability and estimation are an underlying theme in my work.
