Research interests: biological aging and integrative modeling of -omics data.

Current Projects: Using deep neural networks to model transcriptomic & methylomic data and abstract sample characteristics such as age, ethnicity, and lifestyle habits. The end goals of this project are to develop a multi-task predictive model (e.g. using a single model to predict vegetable intake, blood triglycerides, age, etc) and to elucidate the effects of aging and lifestyle factors on biology.
