Mentors for GI Residents - 2017-2018
To foster successful career development, you will be assigned a mentor who you are expected to meet with 4-5 times throughout each academic year. This career development program is setup to advise and guide the resident with respect to career planning.

You will have access to the progress grid and each career development progress report on google and are expected to provide your mentor with a blank copy to fill out. Your mentor is then responsible for submitting this report back to the Program Coordinator.
