Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) uses videoconferencing technology to share autism specialist knowledge with family physicians, pediatricians, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners and allied health professionals throughout Alberta and the Northwest Territories.
A Hub team of autism specialists hosted by the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital and University of Alberta are pleased to facilitate dynamic case-based learning opportunities for the participants. The interactive learning environment encourages all participants to actively contribute to the discussion and embodies the philosophy of “All Teach, All Learn” where participants and the Hub Team members learn together.
ECHO moves Knowledge, not People. You become the expert, allowing your patients to receive comprehensive care from their trusted care provider in their community.
