Booking of iPad devices
In the Intranet, click Mobile Device Booking System under IT Administration
Click Enter Mobile Devices and Accessories Booking System.
Select the date and press "Go!" button.
Press the colored box which shows you the availability of the device.
Choose your preferred period, class and the number of device in the right hand side of status of devices.
A holding record is shown by ticking your selected period and pressing "Hold!!" button.
Successful booking is shown on your booking record.

Reminder
There are only 2 teacher iPad and 30 student iPad.
Teacher iPad connects to a red cable while student iPad connects to a black cable.
Teacher iPad is without an apple pencil and student iPad has an apple pencil.
The Wi-Fi Connection of teacher is JCTIC-STAFF while the student is JCTIC-PUBLIC.
The Apple ID for iPad is same as office 365 login.
May suggest the E-learning app 2 weeks in advance for the app installation.
