I'm aware that there may well be teething issues in getting these changes off the ground and some of these may rest on the difficulty of reporting grades when you may be marking in bands etc.
I'm very happy to have a conversation with HODs and classroom teachers about how best to make this work but I still believe that for parity and clarity, two summative grades per term would be the most meaningful and consistent indicator of how students are doing in substantial assessments.
The proposed assessment weeks may not work for some teams as you may have already pencilled in your dates for these so once there are two grades reported per term then it's less important that they are all completed in those proposed weeks.
