Digital Citizenship means learning and using the rules of good citizenship online; this usually includes email ettiquette, protecting private information, staying safe online, and how to deal with bullying, whether you're a target or a bystander.
Being a good Digital Citizen means understanding and being responsible for your digital footprint, being kind, being aware, being respectful of yourselves and others, keeping private things private and essentially acting the same way on-line that you would face-to-face.
Part of being a good digital citizen also means using technology ethically. It means understanding fair use, copyrights, and protection of other's intellectual property.
