World Famous Race Simulation and Team Cookout!

Our race simulation and team cookout will take place on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Olander Park.  We ask everyone to be there at 8:30am, and we will meet at the shelter area on the west side of the lake (same place where Summer Running Club meets.)  Each age group will go through their warm-ups and then races will start at 9:00am.  The Junior team will lead each group as they run their required distance.  Once all the races are done (usually by 9:45am), we will then head over to the shelter and enjoy all the food!  Everything is normally wrapped up by 11:00am, and then you can go on and enjoy the rest of the Labor Day weekend!

This is a fun event, and it helps give the runners an idea of what to expect on race day.  It is also important for the coaches to get their routines in place and to see how well each runner is progressing.  Please take a minute to fill out the following form and make an effort to attend!!
