Sports Physicals

Free sports physicals available at St. Joe's on Thursday, August 3, 2017.  Physicals will take place from 6:00-8:00 pm in the East Campus Meeting Rooms

It is a parish and CYO requirement that all athletes have a physical exam on file each year.  Any athlete that does not have one will not be allowed to participate.  This is an efficient and convenient way to get the exam done!  The form that needs completed is attached below.
