Superior Industries expressly prohibits any acts or threats of violence by any employee, former employee, vendor, customer, etc. In keeping with the spirit and intent of this policy Superior Industries is committed to the following:

1. Provide a safe and healthful work environment.

2. Take prompt action, up to and including immediate termination, against any employee who engages in threatening behavior or acts of violence or who uses any obscene, abusive, or threatening language or gestures.

3. Take appropriate action when dealing with customers, former employees, or visitors to our facility who engage in such behavior.
