🎯 3rd Annual Trap Shoot for Superior / Westmor (Morris, MN) - Sept 9

Register to shoot in the annual trap shooting event! Open to Superior and Westmor employees— and immediate family. You will need to be 18 years old or older. (If under age 18, you will need to provide your Gun Safety Certification.)

Bring your own shells. Superior will cover the clay pigeons!

🌐 Multifactor Authentication Now Required for Employee Self-Service (ESS) Portal

To better protect your personal information, we are adding a second layer of security, multifactor authentication (sometimes called MFA), to the Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal.

What you need to know:

What to use: If you already have an Authenticator app on your phone, you can use it. If not, we recommend downloading the Microsoft Authenticator app.
How it works: You will simply use the app to verify your identity when logging in. This simply proves you are a human and ensures it is actually you logging in —no biometric data (like fingerprints) is required or collected.

This new requirement went into effect on July 20, 2026. Following that date, the next time you log in to the ESS portal, you will be prompted to set-up MFA.

⛳ REGISTRATION OPEN: Superior/Westmor Golf Tournament - Sept 12

Registration is now open for the Superior/Westmor Golf Tournament!

Whether you're signing up on your own or putting together a team of four, we hope you'll join us for a great day of golf, networking, and fun with fellow employees.

Event Details

Date: Saturday, September 12
Registration: 9:00 a.m.
Shotgun Start: 10:00 a.m.
Cost: $50 per person (includes lunch and raffle tickets for door prizes)

This year, we're giving the tournament a fresh twist. While the primary goal remains bringing employees together for a fun day on the course, we'll also use the event to raise money for our NextGen Fund, which supports community projects and volunteer efforts throughout the year.

You can still expect friendly competition, games, prizes, and plenty of opportunities to connect with coworkers, all while making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.
