We recently held a "Warehouse Challenge" across Superior divisions. This was to challenge each warehouse team on packaging and timeliness of their shipments. The goal of this challenge is to come out of it with a Visual Standard Work Procedure showing our expectations for Parts Shipments.
RANKING from HIGHEST Score to LOWEST Score
As a token of our Appreciation, meals will be provided for all Warehouses that participated in the Challenge.
