FAQ's

Content is designed for those under 40, but all are welcome!
Most events will occur during non-working hours (breaks, lunches, evenings, etc).
Lunch & Learns will be 45 minutes to allow for travel time to and from location.
Lunch & Learns are unpaid, but food and drink are provided.
We'd love to see managers attend the events - regardless of your generation!
Spouses are encouraged to attend events.
There will be kid-friendly events as well, which will be clearly indicated.
NextGen is starting in Morris with plans to spread to other plants if successful.
