Project Phases

This project is COMPLETE. There were five main phases:

• • Phase 1 - All new employee accounts will use the NYU Net ID as their usernames (COMPLETED 2019)

  • Phase 2 - Current Stern IT employees with one account will be converted to the NYU Net ID username format (COMPLETED 2019)

  • Phase 3 - All Stern employees with one account will be converted to NYU NetID format (COMPLETED 2020)

  • Phase 4 - Stern employees with multiple accounts will have those accounts consolidated (COMPLETED 2021)

  • Phase 5 - All remaining special cases will be verified and converted (COMPLETED 2022)
