Live and Recorded Google WorkspaceTraining

The OIT Google Workspace Team offers live-virtual Google Workspace training to all state (@state.co.us) users. Sessions include Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.) and Google Workspace AI (Gemini, Gemini Notebook).

Events, descriptions and updates/changes are posted on the OIT Google Workspace Training Calendar, choose to subscribe to the calendar or add the event(s) of your choice to your calendar.

No cost to attend live-virtual training sessions.
Hosted by the OIT Google Workspace team and presented by our training partners.
Sessions are recorded and made available on TechU - Google Workspace Training.

Attending Google Workspace AI sessions does not authorize or grant approval for using Google AI products such as Gemini or Gemini Notebook. Access to these products is determined by your specific agency. For any questions or concerns regarding access and approvals, please contact your agency's Director of Technology or Product Director.
