Advisory

Welcome to advisory class! The purpose of advisory is to support connections and positive engagement here at MMS. Another purpose of advisory is to promote both academic and social/emotional success! We will (tentatively) meet once a month on a Friday during Period 7. During advisory, you will be participating in team building, character building, and goal-driven activities that will help you not only as a student, but interpersonally. My role as an advisor is to get to know you as students, to facilitate various conversations and activities, and to connect all of you to resources that we have here at MMS. Your role as a student is to participate in various conversations and activities that we have this year. Your role is to also create group norms that help us have those conversations, and stick to them!
