Counselor Recommendation

If any of your applications require a counselor recommendation or comments you MUST complete a Student Profile Form.  Forms can be picked up in the counseling office or downloaded below.  Counselors prefer that you type your responses.  When you have it completed, you can either email it to your counselor or print it and bring it to the counseling office.  Your parents will also need to complete the Parent Questionnaire.  Some counselors will require a personal interview - check with your counselor. "Brag" about yourself - this helps your counselor write a good, complete recommendation. Allow time - please provide the Student Profile Form and Parent Questionnaire to your counselor two weeks before you need it submitted.  Don't expect your counselor to write a recommendation overnight!
