Doctor's Excuse is Required When...

...your child is:

1. Absent for 3 or more consecutive days.

2. Returning to school after recovery from one of these communicable diseases:

  • Conjunctivitis

  • Impetigo

  • Mononucleosis

  • Mumps

  • Ring worm

  • Scabies

  • Scarlet fever

  • Strep infections

  • Whooping cough

3. Injured, ill, or recovering from surgery and should be excused from gym.
