The school district's physician has authorized the administration of the medications listed below to students. However, in order for the nurse to administer one of these medications to your child, the parent/guardian must have provided consent by checking the appropriate box(es) on the online Emergency Health Information Form in Skyward.

Benadryl (for allergic reactions only)
