Camp Notice to Parents of 5th Grade Students

The 6th grade camping program is held  at Camp Swatara, Bethel, Pa. in the

early fall of each school year. We recommend that your child’s physical

 exam (which is mandated, by the state of Pennsylvania, for 6th grade

students), be completed before attending camp. Any immunizations that your

 child needs for 6th and/or 7th grade can be administered @ that time as well.

Print, complete, and  mail or deliver to the school that your child attends.
