Meet Our Staff
Rachel Dietsch
Rachel is a Graphic Design major with a concentration in Photography from Warren, PA. Along with her major, she is working on two minors in 2D Studio Art and Entrepreneurial Studies. Rachel is currently a member of the Graphic Design Club and an officer/member of the Seton Hill Dance Team. Her career goal is to work for a magazine as a graphic designer who helps formate pages and ultimately to move up to an Art Director position. Alongside the magazine, she would like to work for a book publishing company where she can format page ladders and create covers for books.
Cailyn Keiser
Cailyn is a Sophomore English Education major from Lancaster, PA. This is her first year at the Writing Center. She is the President of the SHU English club and a member of the SHU Education club. In her free time, Cailyn likes to read, watch movies, and hang out at home with her dogs. In the future, Cailyn hopes to be a high school English teacher.
Assistant Director Jenn Ryan holds a BA in English Literature as well as a MA in English Composition. Prior to starting at Seton Hill in June, she worked for four years as a writing consultant and tutor. Jenn is the co-author of “‘I was kind of angry’: Tutors Receiving Feedback in Order to Understand Writer Resistance,” which was published in Praxis: A Writing Center Journal in 2019. She has also presented at the National Conference on Peer Tutoring in Writing (NCPTW) in 2017 and 2018. In her free time, you can find Jenn reading a book, watching Marvel movies and television shows on Disney+, or playing Animal Crossing on her Nintendo Switch.
