2015-16 System Teacher of the Year

The Middle/High School Teacher of the Year, and the District Teacher of the Year is Mr. Keith Helms. Mr. Helms has been teaching for 6 years in Seminole County. "Mr. Helms is a person of competence, dedication and exemplary interpersonal skills. He is also extremely dependable and will go the extra mile in helping the students at Seminole County Middle/High School. One can count on Mr. Helms to do his best in all endeavors," according to his principal, Mr. Kent Richardson.

Mr. Register, System Superintendent, stated "Both of these teachers are a shining example of the best in Education. Teachers like Mrs. Wingertsahn and Mr. Helms are what makes Seminole County great!"
