Coach  Lisa Ziemba - JV

Coach Lisa has been a part of the program since her son, Cody, was a freshmen.  A life long athlete herself, Lisa has competed nationally in road races, track and field meets, and triathlons.  She has successfully coached her Elite Kids program to some fantastic victories.  Now, on the other side of the table, we Ravens are excited about her boundless energy and enthusiasm.  Lisa's son is now running in college and she still continues to train on her own and does private coaching for all levels.

Coach Luis De la Vega - Freshmen

Coach DLV comes back to CCA to work with our Freshmen Squad.  As an avid athlete himself, Coach DLV competed in almost every track event through college.  He currently competes in Spartan Racing (OCR) events and Road Racing throughout the Nation.  A professional massage therapist, Luis brings a wealth of knowledge on recovery techniques and training.  He enjoys traveling with his daughter and family in the off season and has been known to go to some amazing locations to get a race in.
