The Club offers small, ongoing activity groups to members. If you are interested in joining one of these groups, please contact the coordinator.

 Boomers interested in casual bicycle riding in the area. Meet at 8:30 AM on Sunday in the back parking lot of Kuentz Rec Center. The ride is 60 - 90 minutes ending somewhere fun for a bite to eat and socializing. Contact: Ken Fecko & Jim Lewis,

SCW Boomers Bowling
 begins October 22nd
            RECRUITING FOR THE 2017/2018 SEASON
    If you're interested in meeting a great group of people, having lots of fun and, of course BOWLING --- this league is for YOU!
   A mixed league open to all Boomers, it doesn't matter whether you are a single or a couple. We only bowl 12 Sundays through the winter, so you will have plenty of time for other activities! Substitutes are also needed.
   At the Bowling Center, there is a mixed league sign up book.  It includes a section for our Boomers League -or- contact Sue Redman (see below).
         Organizational Meeting on October 15 starting at 3:30 at
       the RHJ Lecture Hall.  Come and find out what we're about! 
        The first night of bowling will be Sunday October 22 at 3:30,
                and every other Sunday through March 25, 2018
            You must be a Boomer and have a valid SCW Rec Card

Eight people (four couples or a combination of couples and singles) comprise a dinner group.   Then, choose a leader and get the ball rolling!!  Next, decide on a date for your party, and typically three homes - one - for  appetizers, two - for the main course and side dishes, and three - for desserts, and .. relishing in your delicious meal!

April 2018 Wine Tasting Groups Now Forming








                                 NOW FORMING

             A message from your wine group coordinator Jerry Pitzer.....

          It's time to sign up for the next round of wine tasting.  After you sign up, I will   
          create groups of 8 to 10 people, consisting of couples and/or singles.  Next,
          I will let you know who is in your group and the host(s).   The group then
          decides a date, time and location for your tasting, including the format you
          choose.   If you need some format ideas, call on me.
          I look forward to creating new groups of tasters for you to have an enjoyable
