The Club offers small, ongoing activity groups to members. If you are interested in joining one of these groups, please contact the coordinator.

If you are a member and would like to coordinate a card or game activity that is not currently listed in the Activities Directory, please feel free to contact us at scwboomersfun@gmail.com

Indicate what card or game activity you are interested in starting and list your phone number. Someone will contact you to discuss the activity and help you determine the interest level in establishing the group.

BIKE RIDING

 Boomers interested in casual bicycle riding in the area. Meet at 8:30 AM on Sunday in the back parking lot of Kuentz Rec Center. The ride is 60 - 90 minutes ending somewhere fun for a bite to eat and socializing. Contact: Ken Fecko & Jim Lewis,

Bowl- January 6th and 20th.

February dates: 10, 17, & 24

March stays the same, the 10th and 24th.

 

The Banquet date has also changed.  The Banquet will now be held on March 31st at 3:30 PM. the Banquet will be Pot Luck.  A sign up sheet will be available in the coming weeks.

 

We are also looking for 2 more volunteers for the Prize Committee.  Per the League Bylaws, we need 3 people that are not officers for the Prize Committee.  Please see Linda Beard next Sunday if you can be a part of the committee.

a combination - are assigned to a dinner group

A leader is chosen to get the ball rolling - you all

decide the date and time, and the locations

Groups typically meet at three homes -

first home for appetizers, second home for the

main course - and the third for desserts

 

We are trying something NEW

 for those who would like to participate, but prefer a smaller group

A message from your Wine Coordinator, Jerry Pitzer ...

 

It's time to sign up for the next round of wine tasting.  After you sign up, I will create

groups of 8-10 people, consisting of couples

and/or singles.  Next, I will let you know who

is in your group and the host(s).

The group then decides a date, time and

location for your tasting, including

the format you choose.

If you need some format ideas,

call on me, or select your own.

I look forward to creating new groups

of tasters for you to have an

enjoyable evening.
