Each year, we fine-tune the expectations of the portfolio and senior interviews based on input from the community (as reflected in feedback after senior interviews), students (as expressed in a post-interview survey from seniors), the English department (as shown through revision of portfolio checklists by grade-level teams every year), the staff (as expressed through votes on previous major overhauls of portfolios), and the principal, instructional leadership team, and the senior interview coordinator (in ongoing discussions and evaluations of our program).
