For registration - here are some things to remember -
This registration time will be 3-5 minutes per student, as 9th grade course selections should be finalized.
Registration is focused on 9th grade year only, rather than 4 yr planning.
This transition meeting is intended to be only between the student and counselor. However, if a parent feels strongly about participating, we will do our best to accommodate this at the end of the registration session.
If you are planning to attend, check with your student to see who their ELA teacher is and what period/time they have ELA.
Parents, please remember these registration times will need to stay within the 3-5 minute time limit to ensure each student has time with their high school counselor during their assigned class period.
Next year as 9th graders each student/parent will meet with their counselor in a 1-on-1 meeting to discuss courses and planning. This will be a scheduled meeting specific to your student.
