COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course is designed to give each student a variety of hands-on experiences in construction related areas. Upon completion of the course, a student should have a broad understanding of construction techniques and apply them as a future homeowner and consumer. This course is for students who are interested in exploring a career in construction.

In order to pass this class, students will be expected to:
- Be in attendance. As a laboratory course, attendance is necessary to gain knowledge and skills needed for an appropriate understanding.
- Ask questions if having problems
- Work while in class
GRADING:
- You will be graded on participation each day (3 points)
CLASSROOM AND LAB RULES
1) 1) Respect others around you and the classroom equipment.
2) 2) Be on time and in class.
3) 3) Be prepared, and bring all classroom materials with you.
4) 4) No horseplay in the shop.
