Mrs. Landis joined the Richmond staff in 1998.

    • Currently teaches 7th grade ELA, Algebra, 6-8th Charge Up groups.

    • Earned a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education 1-8 from UW-Whitewater in 1998 and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from Viterbo University in 2008.

My goal in Algebra is to take the basic concepts from previous years and build the students' skills and application of Linear, Exponential and Quadratic functions. In order to be successful, students need to practice in and out of class to become proficient. In ELA, we incorporate a balanced literacy approach including reading, writing, word study, and speaking and listening. Reading and Writing workshop is incorporated to reach the needs and goals of all students.
