Mr. Hogan joined the Richmond staff in 2005

• • Currently teaches 6th-8th Grade Science and STEM/PLTW

  • Earned a Masters degree from Marian University(C&I with Technology emphasis) in 2008 and a Bachelors Degree from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater(Elementary Education and General Science) in 2004.

My goal is to ensure students gain the skills necessary to be successful not only in their educational careers but beyond. The curriculum will expose students to different earth science, life science and physical science topics throughout 6th, 7th and 8th grade. All of which will be designed to enhance scientific exploration and give students a sense of discovery. Scientific inquiry and inquiry based activities will be included in each unit in order to promote communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking. STEM activities will also foster and strengthen these necessary skills that are needed to be successful in our ever changing world.
