Students use the Social Studies curriculum as a foundation for practicing life skills that they will need for their future. Skills that we focus on include reading comprehension, problem-solving, questioning and debate, critical thinking, and application to real life scenarios. The goal is to provide students with the proper tools to become productive citizens in an increasingly changing world. Having a diverse skill set will open multiple paths as they further their education in high school and beyond.
