Second Quarter is Almost Over!
Wow, we have had so much fun in the Art Room these past months...the time has flown by! One of the highlights was our visiting artists, Skunk Control, who came to WWA and taught a wonderful project to second and third grades. This project was based on their automated butterfly display at Canal Convergence, an annual large-scale art/engineering STEAM exhibit in Scottsdale. We were thrilled to host them all the way from Melbourne, Australia! Here is a photo of their display at Canal Convergence:
