Google Email Accounts

What happens to pvlearners accounts when people leave the district? This is as of May, 2013

Employee Email Accounts

1. Employees employed on the last day of school
   1. Email accounts remain active
2. Employees without next year Contract
   1. Email accounts are inactivated in mid-July
   2. Email accounts are deleted approximately one year following last day of work
3. Leave of Absence
   1. Account is suspended when LOA is started
   2. Account is reactivated when employee returns to employment
