Employee Email Accounts
- Employees employed on the last day of school
- Email accounts remain active
- Employees without next year Contract
- Email accounts are inactivated in mid-July
- Email accounts are deleted approximately one year following last day of work
- Leave of Absence
- Account is suspended when LOA is started
- Account is reactivated when employee returns to employment
