What Do We Mean By 'Smart' Anyway?

Multiple Intelligences refers to ".......the ability to solve problems or fashion products that are of consequence within one or more cultural settings." Dr. Howard Gardner, 1993

So if we think about this simply, in teaching and learning their is more than one way to be 'smart'!

To help you understand your ways of being 'smart', and how you learn and present your learning, follow this link - here - and take the test. Take a screenshot of the results and use it as part of a blog post about intelligence, smartness and being clever.

Another measure of the way you learn best is your learning 'style'. This talks to three ways of learning - auditory (hearing), visual (seeing) and kinesthetic (action/touch). Take a test for your learning style here.
