Ms. Ma currently a Chinese Immersion classroom teacher at Paint Branch Elementary School.
Hello! My name is Rongli Ma, I am currently a Chinese Immersion teacher at Paint
Branch Elementary School in Prince George County.
I started my education by deciding to work towards a bachelor’s in Chinese Language
and Literature. This is simply because I wanted to teach more people Chinese. After I completed
my Bachelor’s degree, I decided to come to the United States for further educational
development. After careful consideration, I chose to pursue a Master in Education. I realize
professional teaching practice could help me build foundation and develop strong classroom
management. Since I graduated from Frostburg State University with my Masters in Education in
December of 2016, I have devoted myself to working with young people.
I really enjoy my teaching position at Paint Branch Elementary School. Each day, I get to
spend time with my students, watching them learn from my lessons while watching them grow.
It was one of the best decisions I have made in my career and pursuits to become a teacher, “it
has always been by desire”.
