2 Year College Information

We have a strong relationship with Kellogg Community College (KCC).  Many of our student attend KCC while as a student here (dual enrollment) or after High School.  It is cost effective option where students can live at home to avoid the room and board costs of a traditional 4 year college.

You need to be careful about the courses you take at a Community College if you plan to transfer to a 4 year school.  The Michigan Transfer Network is a web site that will help you plan your course selection but nothing beats talking with Counselors at the Community College or 4 year school to make sure your transition is smooth and economical.

Most Community Colleges have open enrollment policies.  You may need to take some placement tests to take certain classes.  KCC uses the Accuplacer or will accept your ACT or SAT scores for placement.
