Divine Revelation - This is how God makes himself known to us.
Blessed Trinity - There are 3 persons in 1 God: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
Bible - the written record of God's Revelation and his relationship with his people.

Sacred Scripture - another name for The Bible, the written record of God's Revelation.
Eternal Life - Only in Eternal Life will we be able to completely know God.

By sending his Son, God tells us what we need to know about himself.
God's Revelation began with the creation of the first human beings and their descendants.
Jesus Christ is the Son who became man.
People's living experience of God helped to shape the form and content of The Bible.
God is the true author of the whole Bible, therefore, it is the word of God.
As human authors actually wrote The Bible, they were guided by the Holy Spirit.
Tradition is the source of the Church's ongoing understanding of the meaning of Revelation.
In the Old Testament we learn about God's relationship with the people of Israel.
In the New Testament we will find the story of Jesus, his mission, his first followers, and the beginnings of the Church.
