Cognitive & Emotional Development Project: Instructional Video
Your task is to create an instructional video to explain (1) Piaget’s Stages of Cognitive Development OR (2) Mary Ainsworth’s theory of attachment.
The Cognitive Development video should provide the viewer with:
(1) a title slide with the video title and the first names of the team members (** do not use last names),
(2) an introduction to the field of developmental psychology,
(3) an introduction to the field of cognitive developmental psychology
(4) information on Piaget’s Stages of Cognitive Development
(a) provide an overview of the stages
(b) focus on each stage with explanation and exemplification of the characteristics of cognitive development at that stage
(5) a five item quiz at the end (** provide a 5 second pause before the answer is revealed; be sure to verbalize the questions and answers – do not just show the text on screen).
