Step one will to be to produce an isometric drawing of this small set of stairs. Please note that the drawing shows feet ('), but I would like you to draft in inches ("). We will use a scale of 1' = 1" or 1/12 the actual size. If you have not done so already, please draw an orthographic drawing of these stairs. Once you have completed it, you can take a picture of it using a phone, send the image to your school gmail as a .jpg file and post it to your google portfolio website.
Step 2 will be to produce another orthographic drawing of the shape below. Please use the actual dimensions on this shape to draft it. Make sure you have a front view, top view and side view all in proper alignment. Please add dimension lines like the example at the bottom. Please not that while the example orthographic drawing at the bottom and the shape are the same, you should use the dimensions in the pictorial image below. On the side view, please include a dotted line for the top middle part that is cut out.
Below is an example of an orthographic drawing for the shape above. Please do not copy it, as it has different dimensions and is a different size than the image above you are supposed to be drafting.
Once you have completed both drawings please add them both a page on your google site entitled Orthographic Drawing. Please write down a few anecdotes next to your drawing describing challenges, victories and how you think it went.
