Week 3

Wednesday - procedures for working outside - introduction to construction site

Week 4

Mon - Finish 3,4,5, squaring up checking diagonals, Practice 16 inch on center layout. fix saw horses

Tuesday - Each student will lay out a 16 inch on center stud - group work to build saw horses

Thursday - Build 16" on center base for shed and three small 16" On center bases for recycling container

Friday - Continue building the bases - make sure they are square by checking diagonals and then screw plywood onto the base - one screw every 6" around the perimeter and one screw every 12" across the middle of the joists.

April 8th - April 12th
