MATHIFY by TVO is a FREE online math help with live one-on-one tutoring from Ontario teachers Monday through Friday from 9 am to 9 pm and 3:30 pm to 9 pm Sunday.

The below are two new and locally runned peer-tutoring organizations, founded by some of our LDHSS alumni's and current LDHSS senior math students. The programs are free and open to all students. Note: these programs below are not runned by current math teachers or by the school.

2023/2024 Literacy Numeracy Community Support in our LDHSS Cafeteria
EVERY Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm
Longfields-Davidson Heights Secondary School at 149 Berrigan Drive
Our Literacy/Numeracy Program provides students in Grades 7 - 12 with a supervised opportunity to complete, review, practice, and organize their work in order to help them achieve greater success at school. It can also assist students in moving toward provincial standards in Mathematics and Language Arts. Students are encouraged to attend 2+ evenings a week to receive the full benefits of this program.
Cost: This program is FREE.
Eligibility: Open to students in Grades 7-12 who attend an OCDSB Day School, Night School or other OCDSB Continuing Education Programs. Students attending schools in other Boards will need to provide additional documentation prior to registering.

All students must fill out the registration form above and provide the student's Ontario Education Numbers (OENs). OENs can be found on the top of any Ontario Report Card.
