All College Board AP* Summer Institutes use the Cvent registration process. To register, you will be redirected to the Cvent registration site. Prior to registering please be sure all of your information is correct on your College Board professional account, as this will be linked to your APSI registration.

Session selection (See Session Offerings)
Participants should be current AP or pre-AP teachers and are expected to participate in all four days of the APSI.
Some AP sessions are split by participant's years of teaching the specified AP subject; this may be different than totals years of experience teaching. Please register according to the following College Board requirements:
New is designed specifically for teachers with 0-3 years of experience teaching the specified AP subject.
Experienced requires the participants have taught the specified AP subject for a minimum of 3 years.
Meal selection
Participants will select lunch preferences during the registration process.
Fee Payment
Please review the payment options below before registering.
Fees for the institute include:
Four days (30 hours) of AP* or Pre-AP* instruction from an endorsed College Board consultant.
College Board and consultant-created workshop materials
Daily breakfast (continental)
Daily lunch (select your meals when you register!)
Shuttle transportation to/from host hotel to the Institute Monday through Thursday.
Shuttle service to Harry Reid (Las Vegas) International Airport at the conclusion of the Institute on Thursday.
Participants are responsible for their own lodging arrangements; however, a negotiated discounted nightly rate at the South Point Hotel and Casino is available. For details, please see Travel Information.
Non-Nevada Educators are eligible for early bird discounts for all participants who register for before May 1!

APSI Participant Grant Recipients must register with our APSI in order to reserve their seat. Please see section below "Fees for APSI Participant Grant" for complete information about fees and registration for scholarship recipients.
Registration Constitutes Financial Commitment: Once a registration form is officially submitted and confirmed by the Silver State APSI (via email confirmation), the participant is subject to an unconditional financial obligation for the full amount of the institute fees as stated on the registration form. This financial commitment remains binding, regardless of subsequent cancellation or failure to appear by the participant.

Payment can be made via a credit card at the time of registration.

By District/School Purchase Order or Check
If you are paying via Purchase Order or a District issued check, please register and then contact our office as soon as possible to confirm your seat and to arrange payment. Personal checks are not accepted.
All payments should be made to "Clark County School District / Silver State APSI" and mailed to CCSD/CTE/Silver State APSI, 1180 Military Tribute, Henderson, NV 89074.
APSI Participant Grant Recipients
Register as a non-Nevada Registrant and select "Grant Recipient" for payment.
Please contact our office with your name and session information for questions.
All payments and financial settlements are handled by the endorsed APSI. Please submit offline payments of check or Purchase Order directly to the APSI and not the College Board. All questions regarding payments and status of registration must be directed to individual endorsed APSI sites. Please call 702-799-0781 for payment assistance.
Registration fees for Non-Nevada Registrants are $875 per attendee.
Early bird discounts are available! Register and pay before May 1, to pay only $775!
Registrants canceling before May 1, 2026, are entitled to a refund of $750.
Registrants canceling before July 1, 2026, are entitled to a refund of $400.
Registrants canceling on or after July 10, 2026, will not receive a refund.
Registrants who "no show" are liable for the full payment fee and will not receive a refund.
Reduced Fee Tuition is available for Nevada teachers, including public and charter school teachers, who meet the following eligibility requirements:
If registering for an AP Session, the teacher is currently teaching, or will be teaching during the 2026-2027 school year, the selected Advanced Placement course or an equivalent course.
The teacher agrees to attend the entire 30 hours of the Institute.
Qualifying Nevada teachers will pay a +Reduced Tuition Fee of just $75 per teacher!

Due to the demand of Nevada Reduced Tuition Fees and limited seating, there is no refund for a cancellation or no-show.
The AP Capstone program consists of three courses: AP Seminar, AP Seminar: English 10, and AP Research. This APSI is offering the AP Seminar: English 10 course, which is a professional learning requirement for new teachers before they can teach the course.*
This APSI course is designed for new teachers who are required to take the professional learning course. Current or interested teachers may also attend the APSI.
The teacher is required to attend the entire 30 hours of the Institute.
The registration fee includes tuition and electronic materials for the APSI, as well as access to the online scoring training and in-year support. It does not include travel, lodging, meal expenses, and incidental costs.
Registration fees for all registrants are $1,075 per attendee.

Registrants canceling before July 1, 2026, are entitled to a refund of $500.
Registrants canceling on or after July 10, 2026, will not receive a refund.

Each year, the College Board awards grants for qualifying teachers new to an AP subject (including AP Capstone courses) to attend an APSI. The application is open March-June.
To complete registration:
APSI Participant Grant Recipients must register as a Non-Nevada Registrant during registration.
APSI Participant Grant Recipients may not register for multiple APSI's.
APSI Participant Grant Recipients will cover the cost of SSAPSI tuition fees only. All other costs are the responsibility of the grant recipient.
