New registration for the 2018 Silver State APSI 
will be available February 2018!



 Before You Register:                                                                                       

All College Board AP* Summer Institutes are moving to a Cvent registration process. The Silver State APSI will be utilizing this new registration platform beginning in 2018. To register, you will be redirected to a Cvent registration site. Some information will be duplicated on both our SSAPSI and our Cvent site; however, all registration will occur using the Cvent site. 

The following information is needed to complete the registration process (either for yourself or a third party):
  • College Board Login
    • Click here to create a College Board Login, if needed.
  • Meal selection 
    • Participants will select meal preferences as part of the registration process
  • Fee payment 

 Fees for the institute include:                                                                         

  • Four days (30 hours) of AP* or Pre-AP* instruction from an endorsed College Board consultant.
  • College Board and consultant-created workshop materials
  • Daily breakfast (continental)
  • Daily lunch (select your meals when you register!)
  • Shuttle transportation to/from host hotel Monday through Thursday. 
  • Shuttle service to McCarran International Airport at the conclusion of the Institute on Thursday, August 2.

Participants are responsible for their own lodging arrangements; 
however, a negotiated a discounted nightly rate at the South Point Hotel and Casino is available.

 Attendee Registration Fees for the 2018 Institute are:                                

Registration Fee
  • Registration fees for 2018 are $875 per teacher. 
  • Early bird discounts are available!
    • Register and pay by May 1, 2018, pay only $775!
Payments
  • Fee payments should be made at the time of registration.
  • Payment options available include credit card, purchase order, or check. Please note, registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Registrants canceling on or before May 1, 2018, are entitled to a full refund.
  • Registrants canceling on or before June 29, 2018, are entitled to a 50% refund.
  • Registrants canceling after June 29, 2018 will not receive a refund.
  • Registrants who "no show" are liable for the full payment fee amount.
 Nevada Attendee - Reduced Tuition Fee (Nonrefundable):                           

Registration Fee
    • Qualifying Nevada teachers will pay a +Reduced Tuition Fee of just $45 per teacher! 
    • Early bird discounts are available!
      • Register and pay by May 1, 2018, pay only $35!
    +Reduced Rate Tuition is available for Nevada teachers, including public and charter school teachers, who meet the following eligibility requirements:

    I. If registering for an AP* Session, the teacher is currently teaching, or will be teaching during the 2018-2019 school year, the selected Advanced Placement course or an equivalent course.

    II. If registering for a Pre-AP* Session, the teacher is teaching in the selected content area in grades 6-11.  

    III. The teacher agrees to attend the entire 30 hours of the Institute on the dates July 30-August 2, 2018.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy
    • Due to the demand of Nevada Reduced Tuition Fees and limited seating, there is no refund for a cancellation or no-show.
