Orchestra Pits  General Information
Two independently operable Lifts using Gala Spiralifts
          Broadway/US Lift: 10’-0” D  (at CL) x 64’ - 0” W.
          Opera/DS Lift: 11’-0” D (at CL) x 66’ -0” W.
          An additional 9’-4” D under apron, US of this lift, is available.
Heights from Stage floor to
      o Orchestra Seating is 3’ 5”
      o GA Pit is 5’ 1”
      o Pit +16” is 6’ 9” (Limited use)
      o Pit is 8’ 1”
When at Pit or Pit +16 level, access is from the basement. 

Each lift has four rolling seating platforms (all must be off together) that store under the orchestra.  Three wood wall positions when seats are at orchestra level. Front of Stage, Half Pit, Full Pit.  Safety wall (covered in black duviteen) used for front of stage wall when in GA Pit or Graduation Style Golden stained floor with seats (matching rest of orchestra), black stained floor without seats (matching stage)

Standard Seating Configuration is FULL SEATING on both the US and DS Lifts. As part of the Production’s restore all removed seating must be returned to the Standard Seating Configuration.  Seats in rows AA – CC (total: 77) are removed when the US lift is used.  Seats in row CC – FF (total:100) are removed when the DS Lift is used. Both lifts have presets at chair storage, trap room, orchestra pit, orchestra seating, and stage levels. Please note that the DS Lift at the stage level poses sightline problems for rows A & B.
