Hospitality
No exclusivity contracts with any vendor. But require advance notice of which catering companies will be used. Tray warmers are allowed. Artist Assistants will be on hand to assist with setup or ordering from local restaurants on the day of the show. (Cleanup is the responsibility of the catering company) For NJPAC-purchased shows, please contact the production office to confirm the arrangements.
Liquor is allowed but will not be purchased by NJPAC.
We are not able to supply bus stock or bus ice.
Based on the contract for the event/performance, may have available:
Drink Fridges and Coffee/Tea setups in each lounge.
Coolers (with ice)or small fridges for dressing rooms.
We stock an assortment of the following:
Coke Products, including Coke, Diet Coke
Short Water Bottles (with NJPAC Logo)
Snacks, including energy bars, oat bars, and chips
Towels
We keep a large number of black "stage" towels and white shower towels in stock. For large numbers, please give us advance notice. Additional charges may apply.
Phone Service
Additional Phone lines (Digital and Analog) are available and require a minimum lead time to patch into designated dressing rooms. Ask the Production Department for the current list.
Internet and Wifi
Wireless access points are available throughout the building, and the code is available from production. High-speed fiber is available to Optimum for routing to other sites; lead time for setup is required.
Laundry and Wardrobe
Laundry is located on the basement level, SR, and is equipped with 3 washers and 3 dryers. The use is shared with the Victoria Theater. The wardrobe office is attached to the Prudential Lounge. Steamers, irons, and sewing equipment are available, and limited supplies are kept in stock. No Personal Laundry, Show Laundry only. (Wardrobe equipment is only available if local wardrobe staff are on the call)
Runners
The production office can arrange a runner for your visit at NJPAC. Rates vary depending on the length of the day and needs. We generally do not allow runs into New York City for our runners and recommend car services. We recommend car services for local artists' transport due to the rising cost of van rentals.

Rehearsal Halls
With prior arrangement, the following rehearsal spaces may be used. Availability may be limited, as these rooms may be in use for another event.
Chase Room - Located in the front of house, suitable for dance rehearsals, with mirrors and barres along 2 walls. The space measures 50’-0” x 60’-0”
Community Room - Located in the front of house, suitable for dance rehearsals, with 25’ of mirrors and barres along 1 wall. This space is 22’-0”x 32’-0”. Ceiling height is 12’-0”
