Before you listen to The Great Eggscape!, let's go over some vocabulary words that you may or may not know, but will be useful when you listen to the story.

If you would like to look up a word you don't know, you can use the Britannica Kid's Dictionary. Today, though, I will give you the definitions.

  • Frolic - playful, fun
  • Pace - the rate of moving on foot
  • Comb - to search for something or someone
  • Bulk - a great size
  • Aisle - a passage between seats or shelves

Remember, some words have more than one definition. You need to read the sentence carefully to decide which definition is correct.
