1. Adrone target tracking

See how undergraduate students Joe, Matthew and Thomas turned the Ardrone into tennis ball  loving flying machine! The demo leverages the HD front camera of the Ardrone to stream the image data to a PC with high computation power where the target is detected and the position estimated. Then the relative motion command is calculated and streamed back to the drone to track the ball. This demo was shown on 2014 National Robotics Week and the kids loved it!
