1. Achieve Distinguished Unit w/ Honors for the third consecutive year, becoming the third best unit in the area.
2. Improve team performance, particularly the drill team
3. Earn 2,700 community service hours and 1,000 school service hours (20 CS hours and 10 SS hours per cadet)
4. Improve fundraising, recruiting, and communication
5. Increase staff accountability and set a higher leadership standard

Team Goals
Drill - Place top 4 overall in a sanctioned drill meet, qualify for and attend the Area 12 Wildcard meet
Academic - Qualify 2 teams for Area 12 Championships, both place top 10, at least one team qualifies for nationals
Rifle - Qualify a full team for Area 12 Championships and place top 10 in sporter
Orienteering - Qualify for Area 12 Championships, place top 10 overall and top 5 in at least one course
Physical Fitness - Establish a core team of 4 females and 4 males that is highly competitive (females all scoring 80+ cadence situps and 40+ cadence pushups, males all scoring 110+ cadence situps and 60+ cadence pushups), earn overall trophies in physical fitness at drill meets
