Award System Links

Woodstock NJROTC Awards are special -- not everyone receives on and it's not every day that they are handed out.

Awards are presented at the end of the school year, during our Award Ceremony. This is a ceremony like no other; every guest in attendance is expected to wear nice clothing, while cadets wear uniforms. It is a very formal and honorable experience.

The unit instructors, as well as, the current CO and XO give each cadet their respected award and a handshake; making the experience more personal.

For local and national awards, well respected guests are in attendance to make the presentation to the selected cadets.

Ribbons are distributed at the end of each semester and are worn on the cadet's uniform to signify his/her accomplishments. The ribbons are placed in a specific order.
